Magical Mystery Cure

I know I'm pretty late with this, but Magical Mystery Cure was a pretty dense episode. What do you guys think of Twilicorn? I personally like the idea, though I wish they had saved it for the series finale.

I enjoyed the episode, even though it felt a bit rushed. I liked all the songs. I never had a problem with the Twilicorn thing, though I do agree that it should have been saved for the series finale. In fact, the way the episode ended, if I didn't know there would be a fourth season, I would've thought that this episode was the series finale.

The rushing was definitely a big thing for me. If it had been a two-parter, the episode would have been perfect. That said, it was still one of the best episodes of season three. They rushed it pretty well, if that makes any sense.

I thought it was great, I agree with the fact that it was rushed but the songs were all pretty powerful. Celestia's in particular has been stuck in my head since the episode, Iv'e been with the fandom for about 2 years now and the montage as she sang really brought back memories of cramming all of season one into a week so I could be up to date for the S2 premier.

A True True Friend was my favorite song from the episode, but I definitely agree that Celestia's Ballad is the most feels-inducing song in the entire show. It was extremely well done, from how it sounded to the great use of flashback clips.
